Return & Refund Policy

Hey there! Thanks for shopping with us. Since all of our products are made just for you through our print partner, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or just aren’t feeling it.

But — if your order shows up with a misprint, damage, or something else that’s not right, we’ve got you covered.
We’ll send you a replacement or give you a refund if there’s a manufacturer mistake.

Here’s how it works:

  • Let us know within 30 days of getting your order.

  • Shoot us an email at connect@ollq.org with your order number, a quick description of the problem, and some clear photos.

  • We’ll take it from there!

A few things to remember:

  • We can only offer refunds or replacements for misprints, damage, or wrong items.

  • We can’t do returns or refunds for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse, so please double-check the size chart before you order.

  • After 30 days, we won’t be able to guarantee a refund or replacement.
